Outful Privacy Policy

Overview

Outful is a venue discovery app that helps you find activities and places near you. We are committed to your privacy. We do not sell your data, and we do not collect any personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for the app to function.

Location Data

Outful requests access to your device's location — both approximate (coarse) and precise — solely to show you real venues and activities near you. Location is used in real time to fetch nearby places from Google Places and is never stored on our servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

You may also pan the map to any location in the world to browse venues in that area, without sharing your actual location.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact details.
• We do not create user profiles or track behavior over time.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• We do not use your location history for advertising or analytics.

Third-Party Services

Outful uses the Google Places API to retrieve venue information including names, photos, ratings, and distances. Your location coordinates are transmitted to Google solely to fulfil this request, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Outful Premium

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your iTunes Account. NKD Systems does not receive or store your payment information. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

Outful is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date at the top.
